Formal Recruitment
At the start of the Spring semster Theta Phi Alpha participates in the panhellenic formal recruitment. During which time potential new members are guided through the process by recruitment guides or "rho gammas". The whole process is a whirlwind of experiences that leads up to finding your new home at Stevens.
During the fall semester our chapter holds an informal recruitment for a Fall New Member class which is open to women who have completed one year at Stevens. If you are interested in learning more about informal recruitment process please click here.
